I absolutely love the customer service here. Jenny and Julieth are incredibly warm and genuinely make this place special. You can tell they’re not just working for tips, they truly enjoy serving people and take pride in what they do. They’re always happy to help with everything, from food recommendations to questions about the weather and travel. Their kindness and enthusiasm really elevate the entire experience. Whenever I’m in Miami, I always come here for the delicious eggs your own way breakfast with avocado and hash browns! Yesterday, I tried the Margherita pizza and it was absolutely delicious as well! Compliments to Chef Victor - apart from making delicious food, he also remembers my usual orders and prepares the breakfast exactly how I like it. That personal touch really means a lot. Everything was absolutely amazing, food, drinks but especially the service. Javier our bartender was so friendly, attentive, and made amazing drinks. You won’t be disappointed visiting! Espresso martini, old fashion, truffle fries, and the ceasar salad are a must!

First time at Honey's on Collins. I was greeted by the wonderful host and manager Cynthia🌹. Very polite, courteous and helpful. Nico at the bar has a great vibe, very polite and definitely knows his beer 👌🏽and don't get me started on the mimosas fresh!!! Alexis the chef made us a one of a kind Cobb salad. When I tell you the ingredients everything from the tomatoes to the chicken to the bacon was absolutely amazing🤤 and fresh. You can tell it was prepared with love. Last but not least the place is spotless and that to me is very important...But hey don't let me tell you come down here and experience everything Honey's on Collins has to offer for yourself i highly recommend it!
